money
Base + Commission
Our stylists earn more than in most salons in the city. At Adept, you receive a guaranteed hourly wage plus a commission on revenue and product sales. The revenue commission is always paid and is not tied to meeting any sales targets.
Great Tips
Earn an additional 500€ — 1000€ in tips on top of your regular income. We accept tips by card, which makes it easy for our clients — and means our tips are higher than in other salons. Tips are paid out monthly, tax-free, and in full.
Career Growth
Prices at the salon depend on the stylist’s level. Keep developing, improve your skills, move up — and earn more. Each level has clear criteria, and once you meet them, you can move up and grow your income step by step.
Paid Leave
We provide paid vacation and sick leave in full compliance with German labor law — so you can feel secure and supported. From your very first day, you can focus on your work knowing that all formalities are clear, reliable, and taken seriously.

Flexible Schedule
Want to balance work with your hobbies or family, or go all in and earn more? The choice is yours. You can work five days a week or just two — whether you prefer a full-time rhythm or a part-time pace. Our stylists also have a lunch break and flexible working hours throughout the day.
Best Tools
We provide Dyson hairdryers, Hot Tools curling irons, and Cloud Nine straighteners — so you can work with precision and ease every day. We also make sure all salon supplies are always top quality, so you can fully focus on your craft without worrying about what’s at your station.
No Admin Tasks
You don’t have to handle payments, manage bookings, or keep track of stock. We have a smooth online booking system and a receptionist to support the daily flow — so your time and energy go into what matters most: creating great work and giving your clients the best experience.
Convenient Space and Location
Everything is set up for comfortable work: a spacious waiting area, a color room with four washing stations, and a bright salon floor with nine chairs. There’s also a lunch room, storage, a staff wardrobe, a laundry room — and even a staff-only restroom. And we’re located in Mitte, with tram, U-Bahn, and S-Bahn just around the corner.
